| DNS failure | The hostname could not be resolved |
| Blocked destination | The target is private, reserved, or otherwise not allowed |
| Timeout | The response did not arrive within the timeout |
| Unexpected status | The status code was not one you expect |
| Assertion failed | A keyword, header, or JSON assertion did not pass |
| TLS error | The certificate was invalid, mismatched, or expired |
